Payments

The payments in execution of the purchase contract can be made through credit card or PayPal, Advance bank transfer and Mark if the delivery takes place in Italy. The customer is obliged to choose, at the time of conclusion of the purchase contract, the chosen method of payment.
If during the purchase the customer has opted for the shipment by Mark, the payment must be made only with cash in euros to the courier that will make the delivery. The customer will have to prepare the exact amount indicated in the confirmation of the order and acknowledges that the courier does not have the remainder. No other means of payment will be accepted, such as, but not limited to, circular and bank checks.
In Case of non-payment by the customer of the agreed price, for any reason or cause, or in case of non acceptance of the shipment or of its non-withdrawal, Ambro Polymer SRL will invite the customer to provide the balance, subject to any further action . Until the customer has regularized his debtor position with Ambro Polymer srl, the latter reserves the right to cancel any subsequent deliveries of products, to resolve any purchase contracts in place and to block The purchasing functions through the site, without prejudice to any eventual further damages.
If the delivery takes place outside the Italian territory, the only permitted payment method is payment by credit card or PayPal.

Payment by credit card or PayPal
If the customer proceeds to purchase the products with payment by credit card or PayPal, the information regarding the credit card of the buyer will be transmitted and Managed by a third party ("intermediary"), via a secure connection directly to the intermediary's Web site that manages the transaction.
The payment procedure by credit card is carried out using a secure connection, in which the customer will find an indication of the amount of the order and must indicate the type, number and expiration date of the credit card. Additional data or security codes may be required in certain cases by the intermediary (such as, but not limited to, the MasterCard security services SecureCode and Verified by Visa).

No credit card data is, in other words, transcribed on the documents relating to the order and/or stored by Ambro Polymer srl  .

Payment by bank transfer in advance
In case of purchase with payment by bank transfer, in express derogation from art. 9 of these general conditions, the order will be dispatched after the actual Receipt of the sum.
The reason for the bank transfer will have to return the date of the order and the customer's generalities.
The bank transfer must be made by the customer within 5 (ten) working days from the acceptance of the order by, on penalty of cancellation Ambro Polymer srl   or of the order itself.
The expenses that the customer must correspond to the credit institution to make the transfer will not be attributable to Ambro Polymer srl. The customer is requested to enquire beforehand at his own credit institution of the costs that he will incur in order to carry out this type of payment.
